pack wrongly In the dry ingredients they should be in the frozen bags

There were a couple of rough spots on the edges when it arrived. The main function is fine, so I did not bother returning it, but the finish needs work.

The item looks just like the photos and arrived without damage. I would prefer a more detailed guide, but the performance is solid.

Chất lượng tổng thể tốt và sử dụng thuận tiện. Điểm trừ nhỏ là màu thực tế hơi khác ảnh.

Lần đầu mua và thấy dịch vụ khá chu đáo. Chỉ tiếc thời gian chờ xác nhận đơn hơi lâu.

Overall I am happy with it, and it feels solidly made. The instructions could have been clearer for a first-time user.

The packaging was thoughtful and everything looked exactly as shown, so I was impressed right away.

The quality feels average and there are a few rough edges, although it still does the job.

Customer service answered my questions promptly and politely, everything arrived in great condition, and I would happily order again.
