The quality is really great and feels safe and sturdy. The customer service was very patient in guiding the installation, which was excellent. The experience is particularly strong, and it looks good too. Installation was simple and not complicated, making it easy for beginners to use quickly.

The fitness equipment from Buxing Tianxia is really impressive. I bought their stepper back in 2015, and even though it was left out in the yard at my parents' house, it hasn’t broken despite all the weather. They’ve been around for over ten years, and the stair climber I got this time is great too. If you go at a fast pace, you'll be sweating in just a few minutes in winter! I usually go at a moderate speed for about half an hour. The equipment is a bit heavy, but I managed to bring it home on my e-bike, and setup was super easy. I hope the resistance bands last a bit longer; the customer service assured me they won't snap. I've only used it two or three times so far, but I'm already liking it.

This is great for practicing at home; both adults and kids can use it for workouts or to lose weight.

The customer service was super attentive and patiently helped with the installation, and everything is set up! The quality is great!

I've been using this for a while now, and it's really easy to set up. I added a little cushion, and it operates quietly, so it won't disturb the neighbors. The noise mainly comes from hitting the frame at the bottom, so just be careful not to push it all the way down. Compared to the stair climber I use at the gym, this feels more like a simple, straightforward elliptical machine. I can pedal for 30 minutes and still keep my heart rate in the aerobic zone. My husband, who weighs 180 pounds, can use it without any issues. There's a spot to put your phone, so you can watch shows while getting your cardio in. Let's keep up the good workouts!

It's really handy and convenient to exercise every day. The installation is super easy and took just ten minutes. Gotta stay in shape; otherwise, hiking can be tough!

Exercising is great! I usually work out for thirty minutes after getting off work, and it's fantastic.

It's easy to use, set up quickly, and doesn't take up much space. I'd recommend buying it!

It's really sturdy and easy to set up, and I've seen some great results after practicing for a bit.

Really great to use, I start sweating in no time, and the customer service is excellent.

Sticking with it really does help with weight loss; it's pretty effective.

Just like they said, I tried it too, and it's really easy to use.

Installation was a breeze, and I tried it out—it's really great!

Really great, I’ll definitely be back! Awesome store!

The item is really great.

It does the basic job and was delivered without delay. However, the overall quality feels average, so I am not sure I would buy it again.

It works, but the build feels less sturdy than I expected. For occasional use it’s acceptable, though I wouldn’t rely on it heavily.

Đóng gói rất kỹ, sản phẩm hoạt động đúng như mô tả và mình cực kỳ hài lòng.

Mình thấy mức độ hoàn thiện chỉ ở mức trung bình, dùng được nhưng chưa thật sự nổi bật.

Delivery was fine and nothing was damaged, but the item feels more ordinary than the listing implied. It works, so I am not planning to return it.

Món hàng hoạt động bình thường nhưng cảm giác gia công chưa thật sự chắc chắn. Dùng qua ngày đầu thì tạm ổn.

The item performs adequately, but a question I sent to customer service went unanswered for days. That made the overall experience feel only average.

No complaints at all. It feels solid, works smoothly, and the whole ordering process was hassle-free.
